I AM CHANGING OUT MY REAR SPEAKERS AND HAVE GOTTEN STUMPED ON WHETHER OR NOT TO GET THE POLK 6 1/2OR 6 3/4 OR THE INFINITY 6 1/2 OR 6 3/4 AND IS THERE A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO.

What type of cab is it? Regular Cab, Extended Cab, or Quad Cab? I know in the Reg Cab, the rear speakers are 5.25".
And next time, please lay off the caps.

Well i chose the 6 1/2" size simply in case i needed to use them in another vehicle later on...the 6.5" size is much more common than 6.75". And some of the manufacturers 6.5 is a little cheaper too.

If you want some more bass, go with 6/9 speakers. It made a big difference in mine. Good luck.

Bass is not a term I would use to describe anything coming out of a 6x9.
If you want powerful, strong, mid-bass get a set of JL Audio XR series 6.5", or MB Quart reference 6.5", or Focal's equivalent 6.5".
