 Subject: Replacing Stock CD Player

I am looking to replace my stock CD Player in my 2000 Dakota. I was wondering if the whole set with the CD Player, tape deck, volume control, and equalizer will all come out, or if just the CD player itself. Will I be left with a bunch of controls that I can't use or not?
