They are imposible to get a hold of. All you cn do is leave a message on their machine or email. If your lucky they might email you back but they will be vague and might not even answer your questions. I'm still waiting for mechandise I purchased on Feb, 16th

ya, they are a buncha douches but atleast they have emailed me a few times. i finally got the carpet i ordered on the 14th monday, and im still waiting for the subs...

ive been spreading the word that they are jackasses and their customer service center is equivelent to a goddamn monkey answering a phone and taking emails.

soo good luck with your stuff coming in, and spead the word that they suck, and hopefully they loose alotta customers.

PS.. i order from www.onlinecarstereo.com tuesday morning and my stuff was shipped out in that afternoon, they are reasonably priced and customer service is very good... id recomend them any day.

eh.. too bad thats not how it goes.

i placed my order on feb 14th. it consisted of carpet and 2 kicker L5s. it didnt get sent out until feb 25th (the company didnt send the billing info to UPS until then). ASAP, i think not. (i ordered an amp for onlinecarstereo, and within a matter of a week my order was processed and sent in from Ca to me in PA. thats ASAP)

and to top it, this wasnt the full order being sent either... it was just the carpet. i was told my subs would be shipped out on the 27th or march 1st... who would guess one order would be sent seperately..

as of 3/1, my subs were apparently shipped (tracking number didnt work). as of 3/3, still nothin. so they said theyd check UPS. i email UPS on 3/4 to see what is going on and they said they never received the package to be shipped and tell me to contact the company, so i did and they tell me they shipped it out. so who knows, UPS obviously doesnt have it, and nor does hifi. they just vanished. as of 3/5, i get an email from hifi saying that ups had lost it or somethin.. and they would send new ones..

youd think they would have been sent that day, right? well, 3/10, i finally get an email saying they are waiting for a new shipment of them (is it soo hard to tell the customer the product is or back order?)there was a period of 5 days that they could have emailed me to say that they were on back order, but did they? No, and why not?

finally on 3/12, they tell me they got them in and they are gonna ship them. and finally as of 3/15, i get a valid UPS tracking #.

its not the fact that UPS lost them, its the fact that they had neglected to tell me multiple times why my order was not shipped, they lack of customer service is very frustrating. wouldnt you like to know where your package is that you just spent alot of money on?

all i wanted was an explanation on where my order was, and after a month of fighting, i finally got it.

YA, I had the same thing happen.. I ordered a CAP. then waited for the tracking number.. WHEN one was e-mialed to me. it didn't work. It just showed it was billed. almost 2 weeks later with 10 e-mails I FINALY had my product... BUY from someone else.... I have auction number if HIFI wants to dispute there crappy service....

I ordered a 12" L5 from them... i sent about 15 emails to them stating i need the 4ohm version, and i got a non-automated response saying "we need to know your name." wow... i sent them the auction number, my email adress, etc. It didnt sound like the person writing the email could speak english very well. Finally, my UPS tracking number shows that "Billing information was received from the seller, but no pickup or shipment info was included. Please contact the seller for more info." Ive tried to contact HIFI about 20 times in the past week and still nothing... no phone no email... its funny how one of the things they BOAST above even their prices is their customer service. Apparently, no such thing exists at this crap hole of a warehouse with nimrods running it. All i want is my friggin sub.. is it THAT hard.. DO NOT BUY FROM HI FI SOUND CONNECTION UNLESS YOU WANT WEEKS AND WEEKS OF STRESS AND HASSLE. their number one goal would be for you to just say you've had enough, drop it, and they can walk away with a free $150. Bastards... every last one of them (considering there ARE people that actually run this store?) ...this is also assuming the store ACTUALLY exists... :-/

my advice is to contact UPS and have them call and find out what is goin on. or call ur credit card and have them deal with it. they obviously lack any sorta customer service. its prolly some damned mexican or gay chinese guy runnin some warehouse. obviously cant speak english and bearly write it, thats obviously why they dont answer the phone ever.

once again. F*CK EM. buy from onlinecarstereo.com they are very reasonable and have good service.

just read my prior post under the name steveo27777787. its a friggin story of what they did to me.

I ordered an in-dash tv on Jan 25 07' here it is Feb 13 and nothing they have told me that my package was on back order, they gave me the run around telling me it will ship on this day that day came and gone so I called back and they told me that it will ship tomm. thats a load of crap, still nothing. I call at least 10 times a day and e-mail also, still no response.

I hope you purchased it with a credit card...

Dispute it with your credit card and make HIFI take it back with a full refund or send you the items that you purchased in the auction.

I did 2 disputes through PayPal and it was a total waste of time,,, my mistake of buying the items with my PayPal balance.

I only purchase things with my credit card (or credit card payment through PayPal) so I have some kind of recourse if things go wrong.

Oh BTW. I haven't seen the auction listing (Ebay?), but if they listed "Pair" in the title then you purchased 2 of them. They are full of cr@p if they think the copy-n-paste marketing info from the manufacturer holds any weight. Sure they are sold individually, you bought 2 of these individual items,,, a PAIR!

I agree with DSW only buy with a credit card online. The reason is if stupid crap like this happens you can dispute it and the credit card company with back charge the seller. You dont have to worry about restocking fees or anything. They seller then has to prove that you received the material or its considered fraud I beleive they get 30 or 60 days. I had to do this when I ordered the exhaust for my truck. The seller drug there feet for a month and then when I saw that they had billed me for 2 days after I orderd it I called my card company and let them deal with it. The charge was removed and I went somewhere else to buy it.
