 Subject: 3 solo baric L7 10's

whats the likely hood of fitting 3 L7's, 1000 watt kicker amp, and a 500 watt kicker amp in a reg cab dakota?
ive got an L7 12 in it now and was told that would be impossible, but i built the box myself, used 5/8" mdf, and im getting 1.09 cubes of air space and that thing thumps.....and the passenger aint eatin dash.....i know i'll need to remove the middle seat and im prolly gonna get viper seats......now my thinking is building the box about 6" at the top and about 9 or 10" at the bottom and it being about 13" tall.....then mount the amp above the box on the back of the cab, and the 500 watt under a seat or between the seats.
any input or discouragement is more than welcome.

ok i have a box that goes behind the seats and is a console for my L5 12 and it is only 1.75 cubes. so i dont thinl you can pull off enough for 3 tens. im not sure how much airspace though. if you want bare min on the vol then it might. i would just go with porting the box for the L7 12 that you have. it would probably be a better idea

nah man, L7 12 optimum is 1 cube dude, theyre low volume subs which is why im thinkin i could squeeze the 10's in.....my main prob would be the 2 amps.....i should have all the jazz i need by february.....or i'll cancel the thought by then...but wish me luck though.

just port the twelve at 1.75 and youre golden thats what i have. or run 2 tens ported. they are so much better ported.

i have 2 L7 10's and i had to cut my wall out and put a boot on it. To me they thump louder like that. My box is ported too. The boots never gave me a problem and never leaked.
