 Subject: CD player Installation

I have a 2001 Dakota R/T with Infinity sound system. I tried changing out the stock cd player and replacing it with my new one that I bought. There are 2 purple wires coming out of the back of my stock CD player and I'm not sure what they are for but I think they have something todo with the amp. Just wondering if there is a bypass for the amp or do you just have to charlie rig those purple wires in some where?

u can bypass the amp, but that means u have to hardwire all ur speakers over again from ur stereo on back...otherwise jus hook those wires up to ur blue remote wire out of ur cd player and ull be golden...
