hello all i am now willing to spend a hundred what should i look for in the stores or online. i seen at audiodiscounters a unit for about 100 and you get free dome treets, what is a dome tweet, i know what a twet is but what is th dome? also, should i buy online maybe it is cheeper but can i buy in a store or will they charge to high, i could install myself. also, how do you get the connectors off the factory tape player? i swear i tried my harest but they won't budge, i got a dodge dakota 01 club cab. thanks

For $100 your choices are pretty limited. Why not shop around for a unit you like then save a little longer and get a quality product. It sounds like you dont want to wait but you'll be happier in the long run.

Anything you can buy new for $100 or less I wouldn't buy. The only thing you will find for that price is pyramid, maybe a lanzar, something crappy. Your best bet is to look on ebay for something used. You could find a decent 1-4 year old alpine, pioneer, sony, jvc, kenwood, etc for $100 or less.
