I am building a box to go under the rear seat for my husband's 96 Dakota, as a suprise. I have the design and I am ready to build except I can't get the tool tray out. The bolts are loose but they just seem to be spinning. I have the know-how to build the box and install the system, I just don't know how to get these bolts out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
