 Subject: Where is the Infinity amp?

I have 2003 Dakota CC, I am looking for the Infinity amp,I have all four speakers out and the amp is not at the speakers,there is a box that says "motorola" behind the drivers kick pad,is this it? I have bought a new head unit,Alpine 9813, and component speakers and want to bypass the Infinity amp.
