I am running a almost complete pioneer system. The deck, 6inch fronts, 6 1/2 backs, and 2 12" subs (450w each) are all pioneer. Right now i can't afford the pioneer amps that i want. I shopped around and have to decide between a 600w Pyle amp, 800w Cyclone amp, or a 600w Pyrmid amp. Please help!!!!!!

What ohms are the subs? How are you running them?

Save your money and get a real amp... there is a reason why the good ones costs so much.

I use (and recommend) HiFonics personally - excellent bang for the buck! Long standing competition respected and proven brand. See www.sounddomain.com for prices/models.

im gonna agree with the memphis audio. ive got a small two way(cant remember the wattage, but its one of the smaller ones) and it pushes my 12's in my camaro like whoa. my friend has a memphis set in his honda and it fills our warehouse with bass it hits so hard.

i was woundering if u have a 4 ohm setup on the subs and ur amp is 2 ohms and i know that it just cuts the power of the amp but i was woundering if it would hurt the amp itself doin that its a jbl 600 series...

The only thing that "hurts" and amp is running in too LOW of an ohm load. For example if you run a 2 ohm load on an amp that only handles 4 ohms you'll mess it up. It might just blow a fuse or toast itself into total meltdown.

But running a 2 ohm amp at only 4 ohms is perfectly fine... it will run cooler that way.
