I have the same truck and the front and rear speakers are the same size,6.75". Some 6.5's are marketed as "oversized 6.75's" but most any 6.5 will fit. You just might have to make a new mounting bracket to screw it into the factory holes and to make it secure. 6.5's or 6.75's will fit and there are a few 7"s that will.
