I have a question on an isobaric box, I understand that its primarily for space requirements. but in terms of sound/spl is there any benefits. It would be real easy to get two twelves into a cc dakota with this type of setup.

would this setup isobaric ported be louder 2 twelves in a basic sealed box. currently I have a huge ported box and love the sound to death but don't have that much room in my truck.

An isobaric setup mainly doubles the power handling of one sub. You won't see any effects from the added cone area.

About which would be louder, that depends. Usually a ported box can gain 3db or more depending on tuning frequency over a sealed. But i'd say they would be fairly even, with the isobaric having the advantage in playing some frequencies because of the tuning of the box.
