hey. i have a 97 reg. cab dakota. i have a 4 gauge kit. i want to run the power wire thru the firewall but i cant find any openings! do i have to drill? also i need a good place to attach my ground wire. i have the seats out and all the carpet and still cant find a good spot. no good places for either wires. any help would be cool.

Drivers side under the brake master cyl there will be a hole in the firewall going into the cab.., run power wire thro that.. and as far as a ground. use your seatbelt bolts... just clean them of any paint..
