Message: Is it possible for your cd player to kill an amp? I have a kenwood excelon and I was putting in my amp and everything seemed fine until I plugged in the pre-amps. I don't know if it's just some bad coincidence that the amp died/was dead or what. It doesn't seem to me that there would be enough of a signal coming from the pre-amps to hurt anything. Did my cd player kill it or am I just having some bad luck???
