 Subject: Ideas on center console amp rack

I built an amp rack in place of my center console. it works good, now I just ideas to make one that looks good.
Should I carpet it? Or sand it and paint it? Should I add a plexiglass window on top to show off the top amp? Or have any ideas to make it look good...
Rite now its just a sqaure wood box sitting there

i say it depends on what you made the box out of. if mdf it's pretty smoth you should be ablt to fill in the ends make those smoth and paint it our carpet is easy.
I'd try lucite instead of plexiglass its more durable but harder to cut as well.
I'd love to see pics when your done.

Alright thanks. I think Im just going to carpet it. Im hoping to have my sub box carpeted tomorrow, and then my amp rack done next week. I will take some pictures when im done
