what is the easiest way to hook up a llc to a 2003 quad cab? Behind the headunit or directly from the rear speakers, or is there a harness somewhere else that cI could patch in to???????

Where will the amp be located?? If you mount the amp under the driver seat I would grab the signal from the deck.
