 Subject: CD CHANGER

I want to install an aftermarket CD changer under the driver's seat in our 2001 Quad Cab. Does anyone know of a good place to tie it into the BATTERY and ACCESSORY power? It doesn't appear the new style of fuse panel lends itself readily as a tie-in point.
Perhaps the power outlet and the cigarette lighter?
Is there some remnant of harness that supports the console on the bucket seat option or power seat option that may be installed in our truck that has neither of these options?
I would sincerely appreciate any help I receive on this.
