 Subject: Water in front doors?

I just installed 4 Infinity 652i speakers in my 02 Dakota QC. The inside of the back doors were dry as a bone, but inside both front doors there was alot of water running down the door skin. Is this normal, or will it fry my speakers?

I noticed that when i installed my front speakers. One thing I would ( and I'm thinking of it too) is to buy speaker baffle's from Crutchfeild.
