Does any one know if they stopped putting V8 and V6 emblems on the fenders of the (2001) R/T and SLT.The R/Ts did not have them and soom of the SLTs 8 or 6 did not have them. What's up with that.

Thanks -- Bob

Ok...so I guess next time I OPEN the garage door before purging my Nitrous bottles...hehehehe. ;)

That's what i've seen/heard from my parts guy (Dodge Dealer) and others who have complained about the emblems not being installed from the factory.

Hey bob...i was up at that Vin Devers dealer on Monroe and they said that they arent' putting the emblems on the 2001's any more. And if you ever go up there to that dealer...check out the '98 red Dak SLT with the trick bumper. That's the one i've been dreaming about.

Ahhh, So the missing emblems are the cause of the p0171 and p0174 codes. Maybe you should have installed emblems instead of replacing all the sensors. I think what you are missing is the actual post you intended to link your comments to, Tim. :-)

That was one thing made Dodge a stand out of all the other in the midsizers. V6 or V8 badging. I miss the Emblems on the side of the front fender.

I think if they might be seen (as decals) on the each side of the door if not the tail gate.
