I need some help/advice about an '01 CC SLT, Auto w/PT 4 wheel drive and 9000 easy miles on it.
The Front T-Case has been leaking, had 2 seals replaced and it is at the dealer again today where they discovered seal leakage again and now they want to replace the Yoke as well as the seal. Parts are on order, delivery in 5 days.
I've used 4x4 sparingly, about twice a month since buying the truck last May.
Is replacing the seals like this normal. Is there any chance that also replacing the yoke will fix this problem?
I'm really tempted to have them replace the whole T-Case, under warranty. Every time I take the beast in for warranty work they have had to work on the T-Case.
Also, I live in WA state, any chance this would qualify under the Lemon Law?

The leak is probably not the seal but the shifter shaft O-ring. Looks like a front seal leak.

Problem fixed by replacing the yoke and the seal. The original yoke had burrs on it that were tearing the seals up!

Apparently CW is the "Naming God" for DC? I just know it's finally fixed, not a leak or a drip in almost 2 weeks and 800 miles!
