 Subject: 275's on stock 15's?

I have a 99 dak with the stock 15 x 8.5(?) rims with 255 tires. I noticed that the R/T's had 275's on them, but with a larger and wider wheel, and was wondering if i could get 275's on my rims. And, what would the tire size be for that, as in 275/(?)/15. thanks

275/60/15 look awesome on the 15" wheels.
