I have a 97 dakota sport 4x4 and every now and then while i am driving the seat belt warning light will flash on and off. I was jst wondering if anybody else has had this problem or if anybody knows how to fix it.

Don't know for sure , but you may try looking for a lose wire down on the floor by the latch for the belt. This may be a ground and when you buckle up you close the circet, turning out the dash light. If its loose,it may not detect that you are buckled in. This is just a shot in the dark, but it may work.
 Good luck!
