i dont know if it's the cheapest way, but you can buy the coils and leafs at truckperformance.com
every once and a while they have a weekend sale on em...

They have the best price on the 2/3 drop. You can just buy the coils and leafs from them if you want. The coils are about $150 and the leaf springs are a little under $250. You might want ti check with Ryan with v8performance, he knows. Email him at sales@v8performance.com. Hope this helped,
