man you could put that kit on yourself and save some major $$$ , I was lucky enough to be able to borrow a lift and put on c. arms and leaf springs in about 6 hrs
It was my first time also
for the money you would save I'd rather do it on jackstands in my garage w/ a buddy

I dont have access to a torch for the rivits in the rear.. I do how ever have a friend that has some air tools and used to work at a dodge dealership... He says the control arms and springs are real easy, its the droping of the gas tank and removing the 16 rivits in the rear that is a bitch... I looked around town and the cheapest i found to do the rear only was $200. and thats because the gas tank has to be dropped... Is there Anybody that lives around the San Antonio Tx Area that could help me out??
Basically I need a Torch and An air compressor for my air tools and I got everything else...

drop gastank???? torch rivets?????? Just get a 9/16 drill bit and drill the heads off and punch them through with a air hammer. Just pilot drill with a 1/16, drill it up twice to 9/16, and punch it. If it doesn't punch..... drill a little more and try again.
Going back to my 6 years of metal training, if you heat up the area with a torch to "burn" the rivets off, It will heat treat the metal and mak it brittle. I'm sure that it won't matter to the frame but I personally would just cold work the area (drilling)

Removing the bed and then the tank then torching the rivits is a lot easier than trying to drill out all 16 rivits. Thats alot of drilling and hard labor.. Air tools makes the removing of the bed and tank real easy...
